I am in intersted in qualitative research and i am currently exploring the use of apprecaitive inquiry

Current research activities

Collaborative  teaching and learning   and its role in preparing undergraduate student nurses for professional practice

Desired research direction

In order to play their part in the delivery of safe  and effective care, nurses have to work with patietns/clients/carers and other members of a multidisciplinary team.  My aim is to continue developing my interests in collaborative teaching and learning. I am particularly keen to explore the linkages between between collaborative classroom activities and preparation for nursing practice in terms of the development of collaborative working skills.
