Teaching in forensic science and organic chemistry. Research activity focuses on applications of chemical techniques to forensic and environmental science. Especially infrared spectroscopy and microscopy for the identification of trace evidence and microplastics. Quantitative NMR techniques for the analysis of drugs and fuels.
