Overview

I am a lecturer in the School of Health & Life Sciences and I am currently Deputy Programme Lead for the BSc in Mental Health Nursing. I am academic lead for the Carer Academy for Lanarkshire campus in UWS, a collaborative project with partners from Alzheimer's Scotland and NHS Lanarkshire. My current area of interest in reasearch is education and pedagogy, dementia care and mental health.

Supervision of MSc students in the pre-registration mental health nursing and public health programmes. 

Associate with Alzheimer's Centre for Policy & Practice with an interest in carer's.
