Current research activities

Currently studying final year of PhD.  Topic is:  Anxiety, Depression and a Repressive Coping Style in individuals presenting for Relationship Counselling.

Desired research direction

Topics: CAMHS and adult mental health conditions, promoting resilience, mental health in education, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), promoting self help, supported management/guided self help CBT, problem solving. Relationship Counselling, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Anxiety, Low self esteem, Repressive Coping Style, developing writing skills.

Would very much like to become more involved in income generation activities and research projects and to develop my skills, knowledge and experience in this area.
