I research in the broad areas of law, criminal justice, and victimology. Sprecific areas of focus include Criminal Law, Evidence, Human Rights Law, Genocide studies, International law (private and public), mass attrocities, war crimes, international criminal justice responses, terrorism studies and radicalisation, European Union Law etc.

My research expertise fall mainly within the areas of criminal law, criminal procedure, human rights law, genocide studies, international law, conflict studies, and victimology. In the past I have covered significant other research areas broadly linked to law, criminal justice, and psychology.
