Overview

I have been employed as a Lecturer in Business and Enterprise at University of the West of Scotland since 2013.  I am a highly experienced, flexible and adaptable business practitioner and academic with a proven track record as a successful, innovative and award winning entrepreneur.   Previously employed for 3 years as a Regional Enterprise Manager with PSYBT supporting young people starting and continuing in business and for 5 years as a business start up and growth adviser for Business Gateway where I supported over 1000 businesses. Responsible for creating and developing the key enterprise modules for UWS.

Desired research direction

Creation and development of enterpreneurial education ecosystems.  Embedding enterprise education in industry.  Raising entrepreneurial ability, capacity and capability in students with HEI.
