Area of academic expertise - outline
My previous research within healthcare has focused upon experiences and relationships of care for and with older adults, staff members and families. I have also completed research into older adults experiences of living alone, and evaluation and research into mental health stigma.
I have experience in using Apprecaitive Inquiry and creative methods, qualitative approaches, as well as mixed methods.
Current teaching activities and interests
I currently teach within the mental health nursing lecturing team. My primary focus of teaching is the delivery of the BSc mental health nursing programme.
