Supervision in social care settings

Description

A practice enquiry, seminar report (empiricle based studies) and a literature review were used in a research programme to develop the eivdence base for good supervision in social care settings.  This evidence base informs the Social Care Insitute of Excellence web based resources that provide guidance to social care and social work practitioners, managers and leaders.  These include Social Care TV case studies demonstrating good supervision from the research evidence
