    Four experiential learning events were planned in partnership with practice development and Dementia Nurse Consultant colleagues from NHS Dumfries & Galloway. The events were designed to: 1. facilitate staff to develop an understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the new hospital environment for staff working with people with dementia. 2. to train and then supervise a range of senior practice development staff to be able to deliver these events independently over the next 12 months.
