The Doctoral Midwifery Research Society (DMRS) was formed in 2007 with the overall aim to: “Advance midwifery practice through the promotion, development and dissemination of midwifery, maternal and infant health research, regionally nationally and internationally”. The DMRS meets three times each year in universities across the United Kingdom and have an international conference every three years
