    Description

Employing theoretical and conceptual tools provided by Walter Benjamin and Michel Foucault, I discussed the impact of emergent digital technologies in re-locating both educator and learner. I argued that, while the position of the educator and the nature of the educator/learner relationship have shifted as a result of the reconfiguration of educational practices that parallel the emergence of a digitally-enhanced environment, these shifts do not constitute the need for as pecific pedagogy of e-learning.
