In this paper we discuss examples of emerging e-forms of arts and cultural engagement and examine how these can help disadvantaged communities in low-middle income countries such as Egypt develop resilience and emerge stronger from the crisis, while experiencing culture through innovation and technology. The paper discusses a novel model of virtual cultural engagement methodology that utilizes a newly developed bespoke virtual platform, structured around non-formal education, aimed at resilience building.
