Description
The Grant Accelerator is a supportive programme, designed to develop andenhance the knowledge and skills needed to develop successful grant
applications for external funding agencies. It is co-produced between Research and Impact Development and experienced colleagues with track records of securing research funding and peer review. Three components make up the Grant Accelerator. The main sessions form the core of the programme and additional support built in through the Mentoring Groups and the optional Bitesize specialist topic sessions. This programme model will expose
participants to a wide range of tips for funding success and the value lies in
participant ability to apply these to work more effectively towards winning more and larger grant applications. As part of the Grant Accelerator, participants will commit to developing at least one research funding application for submission in academic year 2018-2019.
