Dr Xiuli Guo (Lecturer), Eileen Conlan (Senior lecturer) and Shu Yang (KTP associate) was invited to present at an International Symposium on Business Digital Transformation the way forward organized by the Faculty of Business Studies, Arab Open University, Oman in association with Oman Data Park, on December 7, 2022. Their presentation topic was Digital Transformation Creating Efficiencies and Aiding Customer Relationships, which was based on the mKTP project with Consult Lifts services (a combination of action research and case study). 200+ scholars and audiences from 23 countries attended the symposium on site and online. This is an example of knowledge dissemination in action and contributed to the discussions, exchanges and debates on SMEs digital transformation in an international context.| Period | 7 Dec 2022 |
