Our research demonstrates how UWS's Graduate Apprenticeships (GA's) in Business and Project Management programmes provide a blueprint for authentic, applied learning that colleagues can adapt in diverse educational contexts. Using our wonderful student's Automated External Defibrillator management project as an illustrative case study, we've identified transferable frameworks that create measurable impact for both student development and organisational outcomes.
