Description
UWS is the proud host of the CARPE Symposium, which takes place at the University’s Paisley and Lanarkshire campuses from 24 – 26 May 2023.
The event brings together members from within the CARPE network – the European Consortium of Applied Research and Professional Education – a strategic alliance of universities from Scotland, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands, all dedicated to applied research, professional education and a focus on students’ future world of work.
The challenge-led symposium is designed to continue to build cross-country collaboration and strengthen the impact of research and innovation between the CARPE network, in developing and supporting EU policies, while tackling pertinent global issues
